Field Executive

Duties and Responsibility:

1. Must have full Knowledge and Experience of agriculture field
2. Directing all the work activities done on a farm
3. Should have knowledge of right fertilizers for the crops
4. Helping the owner with sales of the crop
5. Knowing the soil conditions and planning accordingly
6. Knowing the market conditions and staying up to date on it
7. Innovating new products and manufacturing methods
8. Maintenance of the books of accounts of the business
9. Promote the business and increase the sales of the crop or any other agricultural product made by the farm
